Jan 19 (Reuters) - Argentine coach Luis Oscar Fullone, who won back-to-back Africa Champions League titles in 1998 and 1999 with ASEC Abidjan of Ivory Coast and Morocco’s Raja Casablanca, has been fired after early elimination for his Algerian club USM Alger in domestic cup competition.
Fullone, 69, was dismissed on Sunday after they lost 2-1 to second division Paradou AC in the first round of the Algerian Cup last week, the club’s website www.usm-alger.com announced.
