CASABLANCA, July 7 (Reuters) - Former Brazilian World Cup defender Carlos Mozer has been named as the new coach of Morocco champions Raja Casablanca, the club announced on Monday.
Mozer signed a one-year contract and takes over from Portuguese coach Jose Romao, who left the club despite winning the championship last month.
The 48-year-old Mozer won the Angolan championship with Inter Luanda in 2007 in his first coaching job after previously having worked as an assistant at Benfica in Portugal. (
