June 26 (Reuters) - Tottenham Hotspur have agreed to sign PSV Eindhoven goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes for an undisclosed fee, the two clubs said on their official websites.

The deal is subject to the 27-year-old Brazilian agreeing personal terms with the English Premier League club, obtaining a work permit and passing a medical.

Gomes joined PSV in 2004 and won four Dutch titles in a row.
