LONDON, Oct 15 (Reuters) - Liverpool striker Fernando Torres is undergoing intensive treatment to try to return for Saturday's derby at Everton in the Premier League.
Torres missed Spain's Euro 2008 qualifying victory in Denmark on Saturday with an adductor injury and is now back in Liverpool working with the club's medical staff.
Fourth placed Liverpool travel to their mid table Merseyside rivals in Saturday's early Premier League kick off (1130 GMT)
