Man City reach agreement with Abu Dhabi investors

LONDON, Sept 1 (Reuters) - Manchester City said on Monday they had signed a memorandum of understanding with Abu Dhabi United Group for Development and Investment (ADUG), who are seeking to buy the Premier League club from its Thai owner Thaksin Shinawatra.

"A period of due diligence for all parties, including the FA Premier League has now been entered," City said on its website (www.mcfc.co.uk).
