July 12 (Reuters) - Frank Lampard must make the next move if he wants to play for Inter Milan after Chelsea said they would not enter into negotiations to sell the England midfielder, the Serie A club's president Massimo Moratti said.

"We have made Chelsea our offer, now it will depend on the player," Moratti was quoted as saying by La Gazzetta dello Sport's website (www.gazzetta.it). "He's an element we like, but we cannot do more than this."
