Nov 22 (Reuters) - Portsmouth chief executive Peter Storrie has ruled manager Harry Redknapp out of the running to become the next England coach.

Speaking on Sky Sport News Storrie said: "As far as we're concerned, we wouldn't give them (the FA) permission to talk to him.

"Harry's just signed a new contract with us, he's very happy, we've got a successful team, fantastic season and we're concentrating on that."
