July 16 (Reuters) - Wigan Athletic completed the signing of Birmingham City midfielder Olivier Kapo on Wednesday after agreeing a fee of around 3.5 million pounds ($7.01 million) for the 27-year-old French international, the Premier League club said on their website (www.wiganlatics.premiumtv.co.uk).
Birmingham, relegated from the Premier League last season, have signed Marcus Bent from Charlton Athletic for one million pounds.
