LONDON, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Sunderland striker Michael Chopra has returned to Championship (second division) side Cardiff City on a two-month loan deal, the Premier League club said on its website (www.safc.com) on Thursday.

The 24-year-old joined the north-east club from Cardiff last July for 5 million pounds ($7.95 million) but has managed just five league appearances this season under manager Roy Keane.
