LONDON, Jan 12 (Reuters) - Borussia Dortmund signed Germany Under-21 international midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng on loan from Tottenham Hotspur on Monday, the Premier League club said on their website (www.tottenhamhotspur.com).
Boateng has made only two appearances for Spurs this season and Borussia's general manager Michael Zorc told the club's website (www.bvb.de) the deal included an option to buy, adding: "First we want to see how he is. He hasn't had an easy time."
