June 17 (Reuters) - Luis Figo features in the plans of new Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho and the club will meet the midfielder shortly to discuss a new contract, president Massimo Moratti said.
"We'll meet next week. We don't want to put Figo under pressure or rush him because it's his decision," Moratti told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "Mourinho has already spoken to the player and asked us to keep him."
The 35-year-old former Ballon d'Or winner and FIFA World Player of the Year recently said he would like to renew his contract with the Serie A champions, which runs out this month.
