KIEV, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Dynamo Kiev coach Yuri Syomin has said midfielder Olexandr Aliyev must learn to control himself after he smashed a dressing room door following his sending off in last week's 1-0 Champions League loss at Arsenal.

"On the one hand, Aliyev had neither the experience nor the capability to control his emotions when he needed to," Syomin told the club's official fan website (www.dynamomania.com).

"On the other hand, this was a reaction to referee's rulings that were not terribly objective. I see even less basis for punitive measures. He has punished himself enough. I will try to explain to him that you should not have such rash reactions."
