BERLIN, Nov 2 (Reuters) - Bayern Munich are in talks with German car maker Audi for an investment and sponsorship deal worth more than 100 million euros ($147 million), club manager Uli Hoeness said.

It was not clear what percentage of the club the German automaker was negotiating to acquire and what length the sponsorship deal would be.

"This is a participation (in the club) and a long-term contract," Hoeness told Sky Television late on Sunday. "It is a package. An advertising contract and a participation. The amount is well over 100 million."

Hoeness said the deal was yet to be finalised but he expected an announcement before the club's annual general meeting on Nov. 27.
