ACCRA, Feb 9 (Reuters) - Cameroon midfielder Alexandre Song is fit for their African Nations Cup final against Egypt despite missing training on Saturday, said coach Otto Pfister.

"Alexandre Song is ready to play, missing training was a choice," Pfister told reporters as he prepared his men for Sunday's final (1700 GMT).

The Arsenal player left Accra's Ohene Djan stadium on a stretcher with a leg injury after Cameroon's 1-0 semi-final victory over hosts Ghana on Thursday.

Four-times champions Cameroon will be without defender Andre Bikey, who was sent off in the closing stages of the semi-final for shoving a medical assistant.
