SEKONDI, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Angola need a draw to reach the African Nations Cup quarter-finals for the first time when they meet Tunisia in Tamale on Thursday.

Tunisia, who won the title on home soil four years ago, also need a draw to advance from Group D while Senegal must hope either Angola or Roger Lemerre's side take all three points.

Senegal are third in the group on one point and could progress on goal difference with a win over South Africa in Kumasi if the other game does not end in a draw.

South Africa, who are also on one point, have a slim chance of qualifying.

Senegal will be under the guidance of Lamine N'Diaye after the shock resignation of Henri Kasperzack following the team's 3-1 defeat against Angola.
